We are extremely eager to let you know that we are making some big progress in the Polartec fleece project and we are currently working on building the Kickstarter campaign.
We have decided that we will launch the cardigan jacket for now and during the past weeks we have been busy making all materials needed for the campaign.
Some of the movie was filmed by the lake Vättern. We where guided by Andreas and Sofia @fjalldrottningen to the east side of the lake where we had the most magic sunset ever.
We are so grateful for all the amazing support we get from friends and family, without you this would never be possible. In the studio Anna and Björn, local heros from Nynäshamn put on their modelling skills.
As many of you already know, it was thanks to your support on Kickstarter Norra came alive. We have once again decided to reach out to you through a second Kickstarter campaign.
One of the big challenges with developing new products, is to be able to fund the production. Kickstarter helps us to get started by acting as a crowdfunding platform. By collecting pre-orders from those of you who like our idea and product, we can get some of the funding we need before we start the real production.
For those of you who found out about Norra after the Ljung pants campaign and are not familiar with Kickstarter, here is a list of some of the questions that we got before and during the Ljung pants campaign.
If there is anything else you wonder, please comment below.
What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects. Everything from clothing, gear, games, music, and technology. Kickstarter is full of ambitious, innovative, and imaginative ideas that are brought to life through the direct support of others.
How does it work?
Every project creator sets their project’s funding goal and deadline. If people like the project, they can place an order to make it happen. If the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, all backers’ credit cards are charged when the deadline has been reached. Funding on Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If the project falls short of its funding goal, no one is charged.
Are there any fees?
No, there are no extra fees for backers (buyers). Just the price of the jacket and the possible freight.
What happens if the Norra project does not reach its funding goal?
No money will be charged.
When do I know if the Norra project reach its goal or not?
When the deadline for the project is reached, which is usually after 30 days. The Norra kickstarter campaign page will show how long time that is left.
What if I got the wrong size?
Although we work very hard to ensure that you get the right size straight away, it’s possible that some of yous won’t find your size in their very first attempt. If this is the case for you, we’ll happily exchange your jacket for the correct size.
To make things as fair as possible, you will cover the cost of shipping the jacket back to us, but we’ll pay to ship you your new size.
I don't live in Sweden. Will I have to pay any taxes or customs to get my Norra Ljung Pants?
As long as your shipping address is in the EU, you won’t have to pay anything extra since we’ve included VAT in our price.
Possible import taxes (or other applicable taxes) may apply to shipments to other countries, and will be covered by the recipient. See your country’s shipping and import rules and regulations for more details.
